Refund & cancellation

In short: cancel anytime from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Not happy? Email us within 15 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account page, or from your Link account at link.com, in a few clicks. No email or phone call needed.
Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
After that, your subscription ends and you will not be charged again.

2. 15-day money-back guarantee

If ShapesShifter isn't right for you, email contact@shapesshifter.com within 15 days of your first subscription payment, from the email address of your account, and we will refund that payment in full, including any taxes you paid. You don't need to give a reason.

The refund is issued through Link, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to the card you paid with — usually within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. You can also ask Link support (support.link.com) directly.
Once refunded, your subscription is cancelled and access ends.
The guarantee applies to the first payment of a subscription — monthly or annual. Later renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel before any renewal so it is never charged.

3. Your legal right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days. Our 15-day money-back guarantee covers this right and gives you one extra day: write to us within 15 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.

4. Payment problems

Your purchase is sold through Link, a Stripe service, which appears as the seller on your receipt. If you were charged in error or twice, write to contact@shapesshifter.com or to Link support and it will be corrected. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is usually faster.

5. Delivery

ShapesShifter is an online service. Access starts immediately after successful payment, in your browser. Nothing is shipped.
